Refund Policy
At Shivroh, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns:
- You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
- Certain items such as personalized products, intimate items, or perishable goods may not be eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Air Fresheners
- Baby Diapers
Refunds:
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your order received free shipping, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges:
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow our return process, and once the return is processed, place a new order for the item of your choice.
Defective or Damaged Items:
- If your item is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product with proof of damage. We will arrange for a free return and send you a replacement or issue a refund.
